    Marco Polo ram engraving

This is a piece I was commissioned to engrave ( all freehand) for a customer in Missouri USA, with a Marco Polo sheep ( sub species of the Argali sheep ) set in a landscape of mountains in Tajikistan where he had shot a magnificent trophy ram. The sheep is engraved very deeply into the back of a 7 inch wedge shaped circle of optical crystal, with the mountains less deeply engraved behind it, there is also some work on the front with rocks and vegetation to give a 3 dimensional effect.

Real guns start with the number 3 or bigger and make two holes, one in and one out

    Stunning David as always.
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
