    MORNING SUCCESS RESULTS

    The last couple of mornings,been cutting and packing up venison into about 500gram packs.Sick of standing in the one spot thats for sure.Gota keep the knife sharp,Keep the flys out,keep the meat cool,no cut fingers so iv done well.
    Back steaks 4.157 kgs.

    Sholders all cut into stu fry pieces.
    I ended up with about 80packs of venison.Just gota rotate everything around in the freezer for a couple of days until all frozen.Total meat count,38.533 kgs.

    love the gladwrap idea......know anyone in ag contracting or warehousing???? the stretchwrap used for pallets of goods or stuff for wrapping balage is very very similar but in bigger rolls and beer is cheaper than going into town for gladwrap....
