    Nice stag for your wee fella. Just be bloody careful of his ears.

    I have to have a regular audiogram for work, and a couple ago the woman doing it took a look and said to me 'you have been firing a high calibre rifle, haven't you?' I was a bit shocked as I really haven't fired many shots without hearing protection or a suppressor - just the odd time out hunting.

    She went on to say that I could stuff my sons' hearing with a single shot (he was 9 at the time) as their ears are much more sensitive/delicate than ours. I am sure that you take adequate precautions, I'm just saying be careful.
