Well done ! Good effort too . I guessing there must be a bit of chopper pressure on the tops if those deer are on the river flats at this time of year ?

Yeah we saw them hunting the tops on the way in. Are they allowed within the rha because there was one hunting the clearings damn close to our camp as we were leaving

They hammer those tops , I'm pretty sure they where not aloud to hunt left hand side tops looking up stream . I'm pretty sure they can hunt anywhere they want now . Even when they weren't aloud they did . Don't let the choppers put you off getting on those tops , there some nice areas up those parts

I hear there are some chamois up there but i was a bit skeptical about going up with all the fly boys around but if you say its worth a shot ill give it a go the next time i'm up there thanks munsey and scottrods thats why i didn't even bother ringing the doc office about the choppers they just don't care which is depressing when you consider its our taxes that pay for all their project that fucking 1080 included

No not the other half just a friend from home in Ireland whos working on a farm in Oxford. She did that 20k out with a full pack and made me look soft in the process but then again she does run marathons and triathalons for fun shes barefoot because we had to cross the river to get to the deer, my mate picked her up at the camp as he came to find me.

Just told my mate what ye think of the attempt at field dressing and he's declared I'm gutting every deer under his supervision until I get it right
