Naki goats
Just a quick run down on a trip I made to a friends place down Taranaki way. The mission was to secure some meat for a Donner Kebab recipe that the wife wants to use. With anniversary weekend coming up a phone call to my friend and an agreement to help out with the hay making secured the farm for a days hunting.
So off we went.
Well the long and the short of it was that the hay ended up in the barn and two good goats were dispatched. I must say that with all the good feed on the farm the goats were some of the fattest that Ive seen so should make for some good kebabs.

I will have to see if i can get it out of her. I do know its minced up then marinated during the day. She then cooks the mince and puts into wraps with lettuce and tomatoes. Bloody lovely.
