This time he took ice skating attachments for his boots.
You never know what he's going to pull out of his pack lol.
Tazzy a tuff bugger, doesn't feel the cold. You never know,he might be from the South Pole.Darn good cook too.I look up those mountains, bugger climbing them tho.
That was a cool video, some nice country with plenty of animals about to keep you interested. Gotta hand it to him he eats well up on the hill.
Another great video
Neat to see someone eat wallaby.hopefully might encourage more folks to give it a go.
He is full of surprises that fellow! To think we normally go as light as possible and he is lugging meat grinders, frying pans, collander and ice skate to the tops haha
Brilliant just Brilliant
Yeah, Tasman is a family favorite here. Wholesome content and something to learn.
Does anyone know what caliber he shoots?

Great video. Just getting out there enjoying himself. The guy carries a mincer, a colander, multiple pans, pots, chopping board, multiple knives, canned food... but from what I could see... no sleeping pad in the middle of winter. That's hard.
Oh no he finally killed his big stainless steel mug. I have the same one and it's great for boil up cuppa tea up in the bush. Luckily plenty of them around.
Who spotted his note about how he likes to pack light, classic
That guy is just so complex and smart I sometimes wonder if he is just stringing me along .
But that's what I like .
Epic. Great way of presenting & filming the mission. Very down to earth & genuine. Shorts & jandles in knee deep snow, LOL. The amount of gear lugged up the hill is staggering, especially the bloody meat grinder. They aren’t exactly light. Certainly enjoys his cooking & food. Really good to see the camp meat getting used right there. And the home made ice skates!! No thanks - solo mission, I would not be leaping around on frozen tarns. Some reasonable animal numbers. Those damn hoppers are spreading everywhere.
@Micky Duck
Great vid. I got some wallaby over the weekend. Made some Wallaby + Lamb Fat sausages with parsley from the garden. Mind-blowing. So good.

Tasman's new video
He really has nailed the quiet, unassuming adventurer who absolutely nails unique epic-ness. I can't think of anyone else who comes close to what he brings together in the form of resourcefulness, spirit, physical attributes and an infectiously happy commentary. Combined with ever improving videography. I see his subscription numbers are finally starting to rise. Go Tasman!
I cracked up laughing at his latest episode.
Hes navigated the south coast, set up camp, caught a feed etc. But it take him bumping into Josh james to say "Thats quite enough excitement for one day i think."
He's a wonderful young man in so many respects.
Wonder if he might be talked into coming up to this years Sika Show ?
Would be hands down a total crowd puller methinks.
Last night I watched his first Fiordland one, through Chromecast on the TV. Next level good, been using cellphone to view for last 12 maths lol.
Most enjoyable
Again
If you liked the video, like and subscribe so he gets paid to do more awesome stuff.
Part 2 went live today. Something to watch when it's raining.
Another good watch
Part two..very good. Tasman has great balance...scenic,wee birds, fish and enough hunting to keep it about hunting. Another awesome watch.
Agreed. This part 2 is excellent. I'm so impressed with the guy.
He's just dropped part three. The term 'Epic adventure' is beginning to sound mundane. Man those perfect days he had out on the coast would take some beating. One Awesome man:thumbs:
Yep booked in to watch tonight
You beauty...will book it in asap. Be good for my tween day.
It was Tasman's videos of hunting the made me pull the rifle out of the safe and head out for the first time in decades (I re-got my FAL after my old man passed a few years ago so I could keep a hold of the rifles)
Watched part three.urry Chromecast kept dropping internet...still a very good watch.
Makes keep trying to improve my filming
How about that rust on the barrel!?

Pretty hard being on a 30 day mission, all in a salt water environment, and rifle dry bags are renown for being hard to keep airtight and easy to poke tiny holes in.
