He's pretty communicative in the comments section of his YT videos if you ask him stuff.
The average US hunter has a YouTube channel, puts out hunting films, has a badass instagram account and sells you a lotta gear that you absolutely need for your next hunt. You’ll never hear about the best 500 hunters in the US because they actually hunt instead of playing dress up on canned hunts and selling you stuff. It didn’t take me long to figure out that the average kiwi 7 year old is tougher than most US mountain hunters.
Tasman just dropped me an email, he has been in and read the thread and likes what he read.
Just read through this thread and watched the video. A unique character indeed. His cooking gear alone must weigh more than most peoples packs.
I enjoy his stuff. Just fresh and happy. It's the antithesis to the 'cool guy/we wear sponsors gear' stuff that is frankly painful to watch.
