We can't stop time but we can slow it down a-little . Covid has knocked us around more than some realise , I swear by The Tibetan 5-rites for feeling younger and less-tired , especially for accident-recovery (when I discovered it ) It took me 2-years before I could 'Do' the 3rd-move and it's still a careful-manoeuvre but it's better than anything I have ever tried before including pharmaceutical-fixes (antibiotics aside ) I've blahed-on about it many-times , but it's even cured my motion-sickness and my-Specialist now does it after seeing my results
Interesting, just looked up those exercises, with the injury to my arm that I have had for 20 years no4 is impossible for me. As soon as I feel better I will give them a go
