Old codgerhood strikes again. Nice and calm this morning so got the last of the highest gutters cleaned without any excitement. No serious damage other than to pride but a rest day has been declared with work to continue tomorrow, body permitting.

PS Swore I would get someone in to do the gutters this time. Maybe next year.
Spend half of yesterday up on the roof spraying moss, cleaning gutters and then windows. Rest of the day making feijoa chutney and lookin after our dying cat, poor buggers not eating, not 5 days gone, giving antibiotics but think it’s kidneys shut down. Just a waiting game, very sad after 14 yrs
    Boom, cough,cough,cough
