Interesting, just looked up those exercises, with the injury to my arm that I have had for 20 years no4 is impossible for me. As soon as I feel better I will give them a go

PS Swore I would get someone in to do the gutters this time. Maybe next year.
If you get a bit of copper half inch pipe, thread one end for a hose connection and bend the other end over like a candy cane then slightly flatten the mouth you can clean gutters blind from much lower down provided you have reasonable hose pressure

It's the cold water running down into my armpits that I dislike..

Spend half of yesterday up on the roof spraying moss, cleaning gutters and then windows. Rest of the day making feijoa chutney and lookin after our dying cat, poor buggers not eating, not 5 days gone, giving antibiotics but think it’s kidneys shut down. Just a waiting game, very sad after 14 yrs
    Boom, cough,cough,cough

They are bit like cows: pretty robust units, so when they do go downhill there's usually not much you can do for them.

    I feel you Gpm!
Fall’s should be reserved for the young (and at times the shcikkered!) and us oldies don’t bounce back so sprightly and the aches linger longer

    Greetings and thanks @308,
I have a little hand thingy for the end of the hose that is great for a final clean but it does not shift a lot of the crud. Seed pods from the wattles are the main problem.

An excellent tally in my book. Well done. You should beat the rain if you get out tomorrow.
