    November ruahines tops

Went for a walk in the ruahines last weekend. Thought I'd be too early for the deer to be up high but weather was mint and wanted to go for a decent walk.

They we're certainly up high and got a couple, which were the first ones for the Grendel so good to blood that rifle. Although they were a bit skinny and in need of a good feed spot the deer photo,

Spiker was at 177m, and the yearling at 280m. With suppressor it's really quiet compared the my bigger guns and deer hardly notice, the hind hung around for ages after shot yearling and there were others in same gully
