    Yeah I love fly camping but I had a teenage son off fishing so wanted a easy spot for him to find each evening. We actually fished into Jap Creek and there are some pretty substantial camps set up. I can see on satellite view I didn’t pick a good area in the Kaipo to hunt with way more grassy slips further up. Next trip we might head for the Ruahines to find some trout and reds
