    One for veitnamcam

Iv had a shit of a month with a case of flu coming smack in the middle of lambing, calving, rain and mud . First time Iv had to have 3 antibiotics for the flu.Weeks later and I'm still sleeping sitting up. But the sun comes out like it can, the health picks up a bit and the deer will be out so a short but very slow slog up the hill behind the house to find a good looking freezers filler out on the grass. I set the camera up and took a little video.

510 yds and a lite breeze at 3 O'Clock a 105 grain vld sat him down on the spot. Reviewed the footage to find Id pissed around watching them to long and the camera had stropped due to lack of light. Just a deer shot on the farm but I thought Vietnamcam might like to see his old majestic back in action.

Good on ya Sneeze. Just tells me that I need to get my shit together and do something about filling the freezer for the summer BBQ season. A chance would be a fine thing. May just have to snot one up the back.

Mate spring has sprung the days are stretching out and their apatites have kicked in, everythings feeding hard . The one on the right in the vid is the spiker, bit hard to see but hes a bit thicker in the waist and a bit stained on the belly, hind to the left and the little guy at the back is actually a fawn possibly a very late one from last season.
Would have been good if the vid had covered the shot but I like watching deer and just pissed around a bit to long.
