Nice work mate. How do you find the bandsaw/mincer? Been thinking about one of them for awhile now.

Works good meat really needs to be semi frozen to cut it the best same as when you mince as well as cut into smaller bits works best takes a bit to clean but now stress really

Good to know, no issue with it having to be frozen. Haven’t minced any paua by any chance? Assume it’s got plenty enough power for cutting and mincing what ever ya put in it.

Done about 20 plus kilos of venison goat mince with it to date

That meat looks pretty choice alright, I like your fridge setup, I do the same but mine has a freezer on top so I can't hang to bigger pieces but it's good enough especially on those hot summer days.
