    Putting a dent in the Kaikoura Stag population

    Right so a trip is planned & organised for four of us to head to Kaikoura for a long weekend hunt & get together, With Neckshot having to pull the pin Veitnamcam, Kiwi greg meet me at Blenheim airport we go grab a load of Beer & groceries and head south.

    What a awesome spot, a great trip with bloody good company


    Four Stags shot at, all clean killed & recovered Im sure the other boys will post up some pics ( sorry don't have a pic of Gregs one )

    Gregs stag. Taken at 830something yards. It also rolled and rolled down hill.


    And after the photo Greg rolled it another 50 or so yards down the hill


    Out is up and we carried the meat up the worst of it and hung in a tree to recover in the morning.

    It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
    What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!

    Great trip guys and cool photos. 2 sleeps more and on the ferry. Starting to fizz lol

    I think accomplishing the big four is key. On our last day last year we past on deer to get our chamois. Was worth it.
