To shoot a tahr you gotta be a tahr

Haven’t done an awful lot of hunting this year as i’ve been getting back into a bit more dirt bike riding and racing for fun. As a result I haven’t done bugger all youtube videos. I did however go on an awesome trip south in May hunting Tahr for a week with @Kelton , @WildBrad and another good mate Nathan. It’s taken me a while but I finally got the video put together. Apologies for the handful of cuss words, tried to bleep out most of them whilst still leaving the context. Hope you enjoy.

    Not quite true
You dont HAVE to be a Tahr to shoot a Tahr - but sometimes it sure helps
Awesome vid, well done - only footnote Id add is that it pays to remember that if you have a fall in that country, its usually a bad one

For sure, caption is just a laugh from the words used in jest by Bradley. We were definitely very conscious of the risks with getting that animal but luckily Bradley was happy enough with the path he was able to take. Thanks guys!

Ha ha - yea me to Mick
Fast rewind 20 Years and not so much back then. Often the vids and pics don't do the steepness justice
Secret is to find flatter hills as the age increases

Dillon mate, you are consistently producing perhaps the best content that I see on here these days. We don’t get to see as much hunting action reported as we used to say six years ago, certainly since things went pearshaped on here during covid. You are one of the few channels that I always call the wife over to watch on the big TV with the Chromecast. Well done the rest of the cast. Epic trip.

You were right about what Bec would’ve said, would’ve been similar to what mine was just saying about some of the escapades. In a few years time you will be making videos where you film the thar, dead in the gnarly bluffs at the top of the scree slope, and you’ll say you’re not going up there because it’s too dangerous.

Far out I don’t think I’ve seen such a well provisioned camp for a good while, you ate like kings by the looks of things.

Great content and thoroughly enjoyable. Thanks.
