    Sika Roar

I hope everyones roar has been a good and safe one thus far. I returned from my final mission just before Easter chasing roaring sika stags in the kaimanawas. Here is the video to show how the hunting trip unfolded. I hope you enjoy, cheers.

Pity about the lack of roaring. I reckon there's nothing much more exciting than hearing a angry sika stag going off. Looking forward to watching more of your videos in the future. Look after the family.

We had much the same. We were in a good block from the 5th for a week and it was bloody quiet. A few roaring in the famous station next door. Managed to roar one into the block one morning which was tin arse and roared up another that arvo. Other than that she was hard work. Almost no scrapes. Thought we might have been too early. Had fine days on fallow then back in to gorge tops block expecting it to be going hard and it was much the same. Not sure what was going on this year. I got another one there but it was very hard. Missed my only opportunity on a goody when some neighbouring fellas thought they might push the boundaries a bit and screwed it up for me.
