    Always have a chuckle about you old meat hunters leaving the ear's on. Old habits aye!! Don't mean to be rude with the old!! Good work fellas.

    When there was a commercial trade for wild venison the deer we sold had to have their ears on to prove they were not farmed deer. So those deer hanging up in the above pic were how we would sell them. Old habits die hard, so to me a deer carcass now looks naked if its ears aren't left on when I take the head off.
