    Snee Rd Delivers

5 hour round trip for Brian and I tonight.
Had a good walk. Saw a few. Brian shot one out on the grass. 30-06 was probably over-kill.

    Good stuff.
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!

Should have tied the rope around its neck, bit hard for it to walk with the front legs tied together.

The five hours was the drive from home to Snee Rd and back . Only 3 hours on the hill. Dark by 5.30pm.

Snee Rd provides public access to the Ruahine Forrest Park (with the farmers permission).

There are many better places to hunt. Here, "Snee Rd" is used as a metphor to disguise where a few of us forum members hunt. It has become a bit of the forum's culture.

My wife said I'm a poofter for dragging it up the hill instead of carrying it.
