Think it may have a tear. Been out of action for a little while, then got a injection into it. Ultrasound showed just some swelling so Dr thought it be ok after the injection.
was for awhile, started lifting at work again and been on a couple of hunts and fishing. But last week started aching bad again, doesnt feel good.
Still can lift, survived today but think the injection is just wearing of and poain is still there.
Prob need to get a MRI scan to see what the problem is soon i suppose. trying to hold out as long as possible. Its bearable at moment, if need a op out for weeks and weeks isnt something that spins my wheels
