    Southland Duck opening weekend.

    took the boy for a hunt

    not a lot of ducks for us this opening as it was warm and sunny so most ducks were up high and motoring.
    i managed to pull a mob of 6 down and Ian took one with a nice passing shot from the .410 at about 10 mtrs.

    Nice photo's Greg and good shooting. Had a chat with the old man and a couple of mates they said it was rather quite compared to other years as well.
