Thread: Tonight’s, tonight.

This stag came right out into the open quite early tonight. I waited a while to see if anything else was going to come out, but this one got all alert (maybe he caught my wind, it was swirling). I was quite close, so I shot him (.243). I was trying the 80 grn Speer Hot Core.Did the job. 1 1/2 hours for the carry out, over to PNth to drop the meat off at one of my sons, and home to Wellington at 12.30am. Still not in bed yet at 1.30am.







I’m off to the Staes for a couple of weeks for work on Tuesday, so that’s me done for a few weeks.
