    Here are a couple of pictures of the recovered bullet, ELD X 143 gr, 94 grains left and perfect mushroom stayed to get perfect performance. Shoulder shot with massive internal damage bullet lodged front of chest.Name:  IMG_4443.JPG

    How far was the shot Brian? 140 yards? whats Kev's muzzle V?

    Awesome animal, we get spoiled in the south island with our mountains but the north sure has a variety of species to look for.

    Muzzle velocity is 2772 fps around a 140 yards did range it but close enough to shoot off hand.
