    Ahh yep, thats the better combo. The diesel was ok-ish if looked after (I say that as all diesels of this era and later suffer from computers). As gonetropo says, early Nissan cvt's are a bit of a lottery. Most just do it, some just explode and are a bit of a bad surprise.
