There goes that hilux resale eh :D
The dealer doesn't always win. My last traded in hilux only went for another month before the head gave out and then the clutch.
The dealer had to fix it up for the next owner! oops my bad! :P
I looked at that one ages ago yogi, if it's the one I'm thinking about, was it the green earlier model one?
Anyway just for info for all the people that answered.
this is what I've got,

this is what I thought I might be looking at

Wrong color 😝
get those steps off man
I like the steps.
Don't take it up a big river bed then. They'll be the first thing to get fucked
They will save the sills till you get some bars made tho.
I reckon mostly you never get near damaging the sills, I never have, but steps are 8 inches lower than the sills and take a hammering easily
countdown til I drop my sills on a big fucken boulder and look real stupid
I had bars on my hilux I could lift the entire truck on or cut a tight corner and the bar would just push the arse end around the bank.
The landcruiser is the "family wagon" and as such will not be used for stupid fourwheeldriving only what is necessary.... or so I told my self when I removed the bent beyond repair steps and then promptly went on a 4wd trip as a guide vehicle and dented the sill and half ripped off the front guard on a hidden log in a bog. :D
Yes it was the green one Jakewire. You were better off buying what you got in my opinion.
You would be better off selling your truck privately if you don't want to lose too much money.
Its always a dilemma to hang on to a truck or update.
