Sweet Cam's recommendation of a 5.1 diff is pretty solid then. Here's a guideline we use quite often.

This is for 4th gear at 100km. I can't remember what the colours mean but you'll know how your Ute pulls.

Going by your chart you want 4.5 or 4.8 to get into the green range red will going by that be over working it rev wise.
