Thread: 4WD / Family Car

I am looking for something similar as an upgrade to my trusty 3.2 Terrano I have had for 10 yrs+. I have looked at the Hyundi/ Kia, Pajero, and pathfinder.

The Hyundi and Kia both have small boots. I liked the Pajero with the big 3.2 diesel in it. But as a 4wd that will spend most of its time on Highway, I have settled on the Pathfinder.

I would be interested to know though, how people get on with the high pressure common rail. I have been told that you must get it serviced every 100 000km ....at a cost of $5-6k....... Any info would be appreciated
