Looking to upgrade the rims on my 22 SR5 hilux. From my reading and a previous thread here, the stock rims are 7.5” wide and p30 offset. Im after more width to push the outside of the wheel in line with the outside of the truck as the stock wheels are a pretty narrow wheel base. I’m thinking a 0 offset should put them where I want however most after market alloy rims seem to be 9” wide. I feel like this might be too much. I run 265x70 r17 tyres. Anyone else been down a similar road? I’m thinking a 8” or 8.5” wide rim will fit my needs better but they seem to be a lot harder to find in alloys.
