Currently on the hunt for a new ute. Been looking at 2017-2019 hiluxs as after reliability. Looked at a dmax but been told 2017 onwards they have turbo issues and a diesel mechanic told me colorados were good but my reading tells me they have major transmission issues which is a shame as found a lovely 2019 one with low kms for a good price
I've got a colorado, as long as the Torque converter has been done under warranty you won't go wrong with it, the 2.8 duramax is a good donk Holden just put a shitty batch of torque converters in them. Most on the road have had the warranty claim.
