    Time and skills (or lack of) mean we usually use a place in town so I think I will do that and get a full service as you say. I would like to do some work on it that isnt urgent so if you're okay with it I may get in touch latter on with a few ideas

    Ha it is the best advice I have gotten for this pruchase! Finance, the Missus, time to do checks, all had to line up before I could go ahead
