Anyone have experience with the Holden crewmans?

As above, looking at ditching the hilux & rover and going to 1 vehicle and maybe a quad. Like utes but confined by two seats so crewman seems the obvious choice

    What are they like?

Commodore with a wellside Iv never had one or been in one but always thought they would be the berries, particularly the cross8 with the allwheeldrive so you can get your boat up the ramp
Dont think Holden are making them anymore?

A mate of mine had a cross8. He liked it but seemed like it spent more time in the workshop than on the road. It was a problem child.

I would hope the 2wd would get me boat up the ramp, I think the cross 8 would drink a fair bit more fuel then the 2wd

4x4 ones have solid lower arms and built heavy so drink fuel like a young farmer at his 21'st and tyre options are limited, 2wd would be what I would go...

If you really hate some-one or have a sick twisted sense of humour put someone in the back seat for a long drive.
Apparantly going to the denist is more preferable after a while
