About LinkBacksI have a Mitsi L300 that has just turned 40yrs old and the rego is now $47 pa. I did not apply....it just happened automatically. NZTA would not consider any reduction until it reached 40yrs.......I think in your case the same will apply.
Classic car designation may apply for insurance and maybe market prices for rare examples but not registration methinks.
