I've never found a chinese bike to be worth much. The suspension will have next to zero dampening, the springs will be over hard with little 'spring' in them and 17" wheels are small for off road. The motor may last a few years if the oil and filter is changed every 1000km, the fasteners will rust or fall out before they rust...the list goes on. A decent used Japanese 200 could be had for the price, but each to their own.
