    Ford Ranger trailer socket

    Anyone know what the idea behind that odd double trailer socket is on Rangers since you need an adapter to run LED trailer lights?

    Am looking into towing a caravan and wondered if it would allow charging of the caravan batteries.

    I know some will lambast me for owning a Ranger but its my choice not yours so I'm not interested in any rantings.
