Thread: GQ Safari Rust - Worth fixing?

Have a SWB that I can purchase off of a mate who doesn’t have the time to fix it. But Im wondering if it’s even worth the money and time fixing? There is rust in the roof and the fire wall but fire wall doesn't seem too bad. Has anyone else been in the same situation or in the mechanical field that could provide a rough indicator of how much it would cost or if its possible to do it myself. Have access to a welder and plenty of tools and garage space so that isn't an issue. Got pics of some of the rusting, who knows if there is more though, would need to pull it apart. Cheers in advance
