All of the horse trucks I end up behind struggle to get near their speed limit, but that could be due to drivers capability.

That's laughable and really makes a fella wonder what the camera techs actually do to earn Thier salary. The speed cameras are now labelled "safety cameras" with big white sign n picture of a camera....and still they are out of action for months on end...well the Temuka one was anyway. And we never see camera van parked on roadworks,mores the pity when windscreens get chipped n smashed due to folks not giving a shit n zooming through what is clearly loose shingle with oncoming vechiles.

This gave me a good chuckle.. "The PIB has robust quality assurance processes in place to ensure its staff meet the required standards"
