    Hilux seat covers

Antony know of any seat covers that are protective/ water resistant but also look good. I suspect I might end up with a set of black duck but was hoping to find something not as plain looking.
    Cheers

I've owned a few different types of canvas seat covers (plenty of Black Duck on different cars) The best put together ones are the Rugged Valley 6oz ones (they do a light weight and heavy 12oz weight models). They fit better on seats and are kiwi made. They even made me a set of custom ones for my patrol as my model has side airbags, it was all very easy to deal with them and they didn't charge me extra.

Another fan of the Rugged Valley covers. Had Black Duck on a couple of vehicles but been using Rugged Valley for over 10 years on our utes and tractors. They fit and last very well and once on, hardly ever need adjusting.

Another plug for Rugged Valley , guy at Black duck acted like a complete knob when I spoke to him on the phone a couple of years back so guess what brand sits in every fleet service vehicle that we own?!

Black Duck or Rugged Valley are the top of the range.
    We fit hundreds of them.
Personally I'd go for Rugged Valley for quality and fitment. Plus they're a NZ company based out of Masterton

I have just fitted a new set of Black Duck covers on my Hilux. They have a new material out which is water proof but a lot nicer looking than canvas. I’ve had them 3 months and like them. I got front and rears and console cover.

I was looking at ordering some of the black rugged valley covers for my truck... how does the colour stand up? Does the black fade much?

Yes the price certainly stings the pocket a bit thus the research.
