Check out Toyota Hilux 2006 - Wheel & Tire Sizes, PCD, Offset and Rims specs - Wheel-Size.com

    Factory standard looks to be:
    6JJx15 ET45 fitted with 205/70R15
    or 7JJx15 ET10 fitted with 255/70R15
    or 6JJx16 ET45 fitted with 205R16

Based on the above, and by measuring your current wheel to body work and suspension clearances you should be able to work out what a 0 or -22 offset will do.

If you go to 4WDbits Toyota Hilux VIGO 2005 to 2015 they have +30mm in 16" which I think you will find to be a better solution with less risk of tyre rub, unless you have a suspension lift.
I have just fitted 265x70x17" to my 2015 Hilux on +45mm factory TRD rims and they just rub on the bottom of the front bumper when turning.
