Whats the story in there can you camp or just in and out daily. I havent been in there for year but grew up hunting the place . Te Awa was awesome . Fishing and hunting paradise. Would love to get back in there sometime. Sorry not highjacking your post mate good luck
Te Awa was my favourite also, and the old Matea lodge.
