How to find an M18x1.5 tap

I've got a thread to tidy up on my little suzuki(oxygen sensor hole on extractors) We sussed the thread out at work as a M18x1.5, we dont have one and I'd be buggered if I could find someone who does (tried engine re-cons, machine shops, mechaincs) anyone got any ideas??

Plan B is winding it in with and extra washer or two, it goes about half way in with exhaust cement on the thread. Or plan C is to weld on a new thread available on TM for $10 but requires dropping the whole exhaust system.

Any Ideas would be much appeciatted.

    Cheers

    ring trade tools mate,
will be cheaper to do the $10 fix the tap I would think would be around the $50 up mark to someone off the street

    Make one.

Find a suitable bolt or capscrew.

Grind a cutting edge on it, flame harden it, then use it to clean out the threads with plenty of cutting oil.

    Similar to this.
