I know about 90% of big Jet boats either fly or winch their boats around the hidden falls rapid on the Hollyford river.
....then along comes an inflatable with a 50hp outboard...

man that machine looks like a LOT of fun....
75/15/10 black powder matters
That man is mad check out some of his other jet boat stuff he nearly swamped it a couple of times
It self drains. Big double duckbills in the rear transom
Yea he gets caught side on a couple of time would have sunk any normal boat
"Goat" is very talented at the tiller and makes it look easy....if it looks hard then it's probably very very hard
he's a bloody good sort to boot
those inflatables are damn impressive on what they can do and how easily they can be managed on your own if you do have an out of water excursion![]()
#DANNYCENT
Goat is prob responsible for selling 3,000 mini jetboats![]()
The lil red tank in the front actually has water in it, just enough to get him home if the river runs dry![]()

A big fast bullet beats a little fast bullet every time
Yeah, he explains in a video of his a couple of years ago that's exactly why he went to the inflatable. With the conventional mini jet boat every weekend away doing rivers like in that clip, he would spend the next weekend or two in the workshop with the Mig and hydraulic press.
The inflatable has some impressive PU armour over the rear third of the hull. I got given a sample and told to push a jewellers flat bladed screwdriver through it, hard as I like. I couldn't.
We've been doing the easier rivers in ours, just to get a feel for how it works. Amazing wee boats. And when you do get stuck, only one of you needs to get out and it starts floating again!
Its also a pleasure to only be chewing through 8 or so L of petrol an hour.
So why ain't he running a spread of at least 5 lures out the back, looks to me to be perfect trolling water![]()
We are just limiting ourselves to the easy stuff. Beautiful but easy
