If it's been serviced and looked after I would not worry about kms at all. I know of several land cruisers with 500,000kms or more, and a couple with over a million. My current one has 340,000kms, still runs and drives mint. Last one I sold had 390,000kms, ran and drove mint. Our last farm 70 series had 640,000kms on it, was still going strong when we sold it, it spent most of its life running tractor tyres. Other than normal wear and tear item none of ours have cost us big money in r&m.
