    you will need to get a brake declaration , form a bike mechanic , and then go to vtnz with it , did it a couplr years ago , cost was around the $400 mark .... just call vtnz for info ...
    cheers , it was all fairly painless ....remember to take it to vtnz on a trailer and not ride it there ..
