Thread: Lapsed Rego on motorbike

Has anyone gone through the process of re-registering a vehicle that has had it's registration lapse?

I have a motorbike that the registration was left for a couple of years without rego and would like to get it on the road again.
Do I just need to take it to VTNZ a station and get them to check it over and what not?
Interested to know if anyone has been through this process recently and can tell me some info/tell me the costs involved.
