Yeah I know its the other end of the scale but Tamahere should have been completely a different outcome if the correct labels and signage were in place. You have to appeal to all ends of the spectrum or its just a waste of time enforcing anything.
LPG is relatively safe considering the amount of dick heads using it at home on things like BBQs. The condition of the appliance probably poses more of a danger than the LPG. Tamahere was more than bottles of LPG, it was bad decision making all round
