That's the base model (in USD). The additional transom struts, polyurethane armour etc etc adds considerably to the cost (so I found out). So may take the cost ex factory to 3-3.5K USD sitting in Russia. Then freight, shipping, customs, profit etc will bring it down to a realistic price...
