Nice work, who supplies those kits? What are they worth and what specs on them?

This is my own design overall length is just under 4.9 m
Will be for sale in a week or so
The alloy cost on this one was about 5k cut
But I have been making changes along the way
Currently have about 60+ hours in it
Small boats are more labour intensive
I can build a 6m hardtop in the same amount of time

Is that due to a similar amount of welds/structure but crappier access to get into some of the weld areas???

    Nice work.
Shit loads of strength in that hull with all those ribs.
Are the sides of the deck fully welded sealed chambers?
"Hunting and fishing" fucking over licenced firearms owners since ages ago.

308Win One chambering to rule them all.

Yeah the floor is welded to sides creating a sealed chamber under floor
On this one it’s only one chamber
but with under floor tank in next one it will have two buoyancy chambers

    it sure does.

What sort of welder are you running??

I've never been able to get either of my mig's to run alloy wire properly. Keeps ion jamming in the hand piece even with a teflon liner.

Currently running ewm pulse machines with 1.2mm wire through 8m lead push pull
Are you using tips for alloy as they are oversized to allow for wire expansion can go up a size with regular tips
Alloy wire doesn’t like being pushed through the liner
with out pushpull you need to keep lead and torch as straight as possible and clean out liner regularly

Yeah Ive tried all that. Nothing seems to help. I might just have to buy a dedicated alloy mig like a fronius or something.

I like that boat though. Cool design. I think if it were mine i would have made the bow rails lower set to the hull.

How many hp will you run on this ??
