    If you are OK with a mig it isn't hard to cut rust out and plate a chassis in one of these, just reinforce it properly. Electrical system is pretty dicky if it's been used in crappy conditions all its life but you can strip everything down and rebuild them. I did it with mine, not worth it to pay someone to do it but I had time and it kept my brain going while getting farted about by WorkAON as ACC manager. Took a long time as working on it as I could with the injury but times like that you need a project! Now have a 100% reliable push button and it starts quad, so worth it...
