It's happened before. Grandad died 2 days before one of the cousins got married, bit of head scratching then it was decided to park grandad in a side chapel and box on with the wedding.

Reminds me of that hilarious kiwi movie from away back, called "Carry me home"
Grandpa died down south somewhere, and they took him across Cook strait on the ferry, in one of those old oak wardrobes sticking out of the back of a mini.
Trouble was, he started to stink, and they got followed everywhere by flies.
Hilarious movie, bit too un-PC these days.
We've forgotten how to laugh at ourselves.
