You have a case for re imbursement there.

You pay tax to use the roads, its only right that the roads should be up to standard to be used.

since the hole was filled by water during a huge downpour any damage is classified as "act of god". neither ltsa or insurance will pay out.
you should have seen some of the other cars, one little suzuki had its entire front end on the tarmac and horizontal wheels.
